Adult enquiries
The separate note form is intended for adults. It sends the name, reply email, subject, message and storage permission you enter to the website’s server. A submission time and reference are recorded with the note so the enquiry can be handled.
Keep the note simple
Do not include children’s private details, passwords, payment information or information you do not have permission to share. Younger visitors should ask an adult to write an enquiry.
Questions about a saved note
Use the form to request access, correction or removal of an enquiry, giving its reference if available. Some records may need to be retained for legitimate operational or legal reasons.
Delivering the website
Hosting may involve ordinary technical request information required to serve and protect the website. Images, fonts and scripts are local. No advertising trackers or third-party media embeds are included.
