Enquiries and purchases
A note is an enquiry
The form’s reference confirms that a note was recorded. It is not a ticket, a reservation or acceptance of a paid service. No response deadline is promised.
Reporting a problem
Use the note form to identify a page, describe what you tried and say what happened. An adult should send the enquiry without private information about children. Applicable consumer rights remain unaffected.
